Biography

Bill Barrett is the Chief Operations Officer for the Central Plateau Cleanup Company working on the Hanford Site in southeastern Washington State. Bill has more than 30 years of experience in design, construction, startup, and operations of nuclear and chemical facilities with the U.S. Navy and Department of Energy, including more than 20 years in management, leading first-of-a-kind projects to completion. Bill served in the Navy’s Nuclear Power Program and contributed to the success of Hanford’s Spent Nuclear Fuel, Sludge Transfer, and Transuranic Retrieval projects.
