Biography

Jerry Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University and certifications in both health physics (CHP) and project management (PMP). His experience consists of a broad range of radiological remediation, decommissioning, and radioactive material management activities over a period of nearly 30 years. For the last several years he has worked as a consulting health physicist in the field of environmental remediation. He is currently employed by GES-AIS, an Alaskan Native Corporation, as their principal health physicist and company radiation safety officer.
