Biography

MS, Nuclear Engineering, University of Tennessee. Over 29 years of experience in nuclear operations and radiological engineering. Nearly 12 years of experience in managing technical, support, and maintenance operations within DOE Nuclear Hazard Category 2 & 3 facilities including work control, quality assurance, safety basis implementation, training, procedure development and document control, radioactive material inventory control, ES&H, and nuclear transportation. Six years experience in Naval Nuclear Power program and operations.
