Biography

Dr Sebastian Proctor is an Engineering Manager with Cavendish Nuclear Limited, working on the Pile Fuel Cladding Silo Early Retrieval Project as part of a Joint Venture with Bechtel for customer Sellafield Ltd. Seb is responsible for the design engineering delivery by a multi discipline and organisational team. Seb is a chartered Chemical Engineer and joined the nuclear industry in 1996 as a graduate with British Nuclear Fuels Ltd working on decommissioning projects across the Sellafield site before being appointed Chief Process Engineer in 2004. In 2009, he joined Cavendish Nuclear where he has held a number of senior functional and delivery roles.
