Biography

Expert in decommissioning nuclear Class I reactors within budget and schedule with no lost time injuries in project lead roles to deliver effective control on schedule and budget. Executed and managed licensing interface with the nuclear regulator on decommissioning and abandonment of the facilities, transportation of radioactive waste and HEU fuel across international border. Managed to successfully decommission 2 nuclear research reactors with the third in the process.
