Biography

Anthony Chang joined Sargent & Lundy (S&L) in July 2024 as the Director of Business Development for the Government Services business group. He has more than 13 years of experience in engineering, project management, and business development, including leadership roles at other companies in the nuclear industry. Anthony leads S&L business development activities across the Department of Energy Complex, with an initial focus in the southeastern U.S. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina. Anthony is also a registered PMP and has a yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma.
