Biography

Mr. Gill is the Federal Project Director at the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant for long term recovery projects and future infrastructure needs to attain full operational capability after the 2014 accident events. Mr. Gill has thirty years federal service (U. S. Navy and Department of Energy) leading teams on a wide variety of projects throughout his career (construction, research and development, and production). Mr. Gill has lead accident investigations and has spent the majority of his career taking facilities with aging infrastructure and extending their life.
