Biography

Mr. Sprenger has 36 year track record in numerous management and leadership positions. He has extensive experience in facility and operations management, engineering management, project management, construction management, research and development, and pilot plant operations and has worked in federal and commercial nuclear, oil and gas, alternative energy, and analytical industries. Mr. Sprenger brings a thorough, common sense approach to meeting objectives and achieving goals; a keen sense of responsiveness to customer needs; and a drive to meet production requirements -- low cost, high quality, and quick turn-around. He is adept at working with people and motivated by building productive teams and fostering creativity and employee development.
