Biography

Reaz Hasan’s expertise is primarily in the area of Energy Studies. He has extensive research experience in using CFD for fluid flow and heat transfer in various industrial systems. He had been involved in several consultancy and research projects such as simulation of heat transfer and fluid flow in Spent Nuclear Fuels Cooling Ponds, heat transfer in annealing rigs, investigation of flow in pumps for zero-emission vehicles etc. He is also involved in Life Cycle Assessments studies of Renewable Energy Systems and research involving nano-fluids.
