Biography

Manager for Spent Nuclear Fuel Projects for Fluor Idaho, LLC at the Idaho National Technology and Engineering Center (INTEC), located at the Idaho National Laboratory. He joined the Spent Nuclear Fuel team in Idaho more than 25 years ago after a 10 years as an officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. His work over the last 25 years has been focused on planning and executing efforts to safely manage spent nuclear fuel in both underwater and dry storage at INTEC, including the recently completed project to prepare all naval spent fuel at INTEC for long-term dry storage.
