Biography

Scott Reno is the Environmental Compliance Organization Manager for Fluor Idaho, LLC. He has a B.S., in Biochemistry and 29 years of experience in waste management and remediation. He began his career with the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality working on environmental remediation projects. He has 20 years of experience as a contractor to the Department of Energy in Idaho. Responsibilities have included obtaining regulatory approvals for siting and operation of the Idaho CERCLA Disposal Facility, decommissioning of 5 nuclear test reactors, Environmental Restoration, permitting, reporting, and closure.
