Biography
Dr. Herbert Fechter provides cataract, glaucoma and refractive surgery care for patients at the Eye Physicians and Surgeons of Augusta in Georgia. He completed his glaucoma fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in 2002. He is also an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
