Biography

Sam Molnar if a Research Scientist at the National Renewable Energy Lab in Golden, Colorado. Her research work focuses on developing novel visualization designs and interaction techniques to support power system stakeholders' analyses for many scenarios such as real-time operations, model comparisons, state estimation, science communication, etc. She received her PhD in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2022, and her doctoral work focused on the oscillatory changes to power system dynamics with renewable integration.
