US DOE LM
Deb Steckley manages the US DOE Office of Legacy Management (LM) Aviation Program. The program supports the use of small uncrewed aircraft systems for long-term surveillance and maintenance (LTSM) activities at sites and facilities owned or leased by DOE/LM. Previously, she served as the LM Defense-Related Uranium Mines (DRUM) Program Coordinator and a project manager to help build capacity for and stand-up a partnership program with state, tribal, and federal agencies to inventory and assess DRUM sites. Deb also served as an LM site manager responsible for overseeing LTSM activities at UMTRCA sites in Navajo Nation and Colorado. She joined LM in 2011.
