Biography
Mr. Williams holds a BSNE from the University of Arizona (1984). He has over 35 years experience in various engineering and management positions at several nuclear units. Since 2011, he has lead WDPMS, which is a small engineering and consulting firm. Mr. Williams currently is assisting SCE in ISFSI aging management and the development of repair methids for ISFSI canisters.
