Biography

Postdoctoral Research Associate with Savannah River National Laboratory. Received Ph.D. from Florida International University. Currently working with the Advanced Engineering group in Instrumentation, Robotics, and Imaging Systems. Focusing on environmental management efforts, Working to facilitate and further cleanup efforts across the DOE complex while minimizing exposure to workers and streamline workflows. Rodrigo has a particular passion for advanced dexterity in robotic systems to allow teleoperation systems to perform jobs that traditionally require human contact.
