Biography

Geoff Freeze is a Manager at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He has over 35 years of professional experience in radioactive waste storage, transportation, and disposal studies, probabilistic risk and safety analyses, and groundwater modeling. He has supported radioactive waste disposal programs in the U.S. (at both Yucca Mountain and WIPP) and internationally. He has also been involved in the planning for borehole disposal projects in the U.S., Australia, and Israel. He holds a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia.
