Biography

Dave Taylor is the Nevada Program Manager for Navarro Research and Engineering, contractor to the U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management Nevada Program. Dave has led the contract for EM Nevada since 2005 and contributes more than 43 years experience in engineering design, operations, and ESH&Q at DOE sites across the Complex. Under Dave’s leadership, Navarro has safely and successfully completed environmental corrective actions at contaminated sites that were impacted by historical nuclear testing activities in Nevada. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from Findlay University.
