Biography

Dr. Ron Unz is a health physicist and research project manager with over 15 years of experience at the Institute for Clean Energy Technology at Mississippi State University. His academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Engineering (Applied Physics) and M.S. in Physics, supported by a B.S. in Physics with a minor in Mathematics, all from Mississippi State University. He is a subject-matter expert in radiation detection, health physics, and nuclear safety, with expertise in Monte Carlo radiation transport simulations, field deployment of detection technologies, and nuclear air filtration systems.
