Biography

Brian Hennessey is the Federal Facility Agreement Program Manager for the environmental cleanup of the US Department of Energy's Savannah River Site near Aiken, SC. He is responsible for DOE's compliance with the terms and schedules of the Federal Facility Agreement, and for ensuring productive collaboration with the Environmental Protection Agency and South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control. Mr. Hennessey has over 27 years of experience in federal facility assessment and remediation, and is the DOE Office of Environmental Management's chief subject matter expert on implementation of the Principles of Environmental Restoration and the proven Core Team Process for focusing communication and streamlining remedial decision making.
