Biography

Agnes Grandjean received a PhD degree in Materials Science at the University of Paris in 1996 and a Accreditation to supervise research in 2006. In 1999, she joined the vitrification Laboratory of CEA (Marcoule, France) as researcher. Then in 2008 she was in charge of the Nanomaterials for Energy and Recycling Team. In 2012, she has held research director positions in Materials Science applied for extraction chemistry. In 2013, she became the group leader of the decontamination and Supercritical Fluid processes Laboratory in CEA (Marcoule). Her main current research interests include synthesis of functionalized materials by soft chemistry and the study of their used in solid phase extraction processes.
