Biography

Phil Davies is the Deputy Project Manager of the Innovation & Delivery Project within the Strategic Waste Programme at Radioactive Waste Management Ltd in the UK. At RWM, Phil has led on a variety of work areas including the development of innovative waste containers, opportunities for optimised Higher Activity Waste treatment in the UK, and materials to communicate and disseminate work areas. Phil has a background in consultancy specialising in higher activity waste management. Phil has a technical background in radiochemistry, having undertook research investigating the effects of PVC on radionuclide migration in a GDF environment at Loughborough University.
