Biography

Nazmul Hasan has over twelve years of experience in numerical modeling of flow and transport in the saturated and unsaturated zones. He is experienced in performance assessment (PA) radioactive waste disposal under D.O.E Order 435.1, integrated risk assessment, pathway and exposure modeling, geostatistical analysis, probabilistic modeling and simulation, remedial investigation and feasibility study for different CERCLA/RCRA projects. He is also experienced in several laboratory experiments and field experiments. Skills Flow and Transport Modeling: STOMP ,GOLDSIM,MODFLOW, GROUNDWATER VISTAS, MODPATH, MT3D, PEST. Risk Assessment: RESRAD, ProUCL. Computer Languages: FORTRAN, R, PERL, Python Geostatistical Packages: GSLIB, R, SGeMS, T-PROGS Data Analysis and Visulization: ArcGIS, QGIS, TecPlot.
