Biography

Francis X. Cameron is an attorney and conflict resolution expert, with over thirty years experience in the legal and policy aspects of the licensing of the use of nuclear materials, as well as with the preparation of environmental reviews. His conflict management expertise was developed during his tenure as the NRC’s Dispute Resolution Specialist. He has continued his work on communications strategy and the design and facilitation of stakeholder engagement processes, including town halls, open houses, and collaborative roundtable dialogues. Mr. Cameron is now assisting tribal governments on radioactive waste and transportation issues, including working with the Tribal Radioactive Materials Transportation Committee.
