Biography

Robert is the Packaging & Transportation Engineering Manager at the Savannah River Site. He holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Carolina and has 28 total years’ experience at the SRS in a variety of positions in operations, engineering, and SRNL. Over the past 20 years at SRS he has worked in the field of radioactive material packaging and transportation. He has extensive operational experience in shipping special nuclear materials (e.g. plutonium, neptunium, and uranium) using a variety of Type A and Type B shipping packaging at SRS and across the DOE Complex.
