Biography

Dr. Connolly is currently the Idaho National Laboratory waste management technical advisor and DOE EM program manager. In his role as the INL waste management technical advisor, Mike is responsible for developing INL’s strategy for addressing its environmental liabilities and leading the development of needed solutions and disposition options. These environmental liabilities includes SNF, CH and RH TRU and MLLW, and GTCC like wastes. As the INL EM program manager, Mike leads and is responsible for interface with DOE EM and other National Laboratories. Mike has been with the INL for over 30 years and has more than 35 year experience in addressing environmental challenges through technology development and program
