Biography

Dr. Robert T. Jubin is currently an independent nuclear waste and risk management consultant with over 50 years of experience in all aspects of nuclear fuel reprocessing. He retired from ORNL in 2020 where he led the material recovery and waste forms activities which included a multi-laboratory R&D effort on the capture and immobilization of volatile radionuclides. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Akron. He completed his Master of Science degree in engineering management and his Doctorate in chemical engineering from the University of Tennessee.
