Biography

Jason Vitali has more than 20 years experience in science, engineering, and technology aspects of tank waste processing and nuclear operations. He is currently the Deputy Plant Manager at the Hanford Waste Treatment Plant. Jason manages all aspects of the CTO, including coordination with the National Labs, development of alternate retrieval and tank inspection technologies, maturation of the immobilized low-activity waste glass testing program, and LAWPS technology maturation. Previously, he managed the DWPF Melter and Saltstone Engineering Group with SRR and the Flowsheet Integration Group at SRR.
