Biography

Thirty-seven of John’s 43 years at SRS have been associated with DWPF. John has been a key technical lead during startup and replacement of Melters 1 and 2 and the recent startup of Melter 3. John is a subject matter expert for canister storage at SRS (GWSB 1 and GWSB 2 and alternative studies) including double stacking canisters. He is also a subject matter expert on canister shipping studies for DWPF including past coordination with the Yucca Mountain repository.
