Biography

Dr. Roach has almost 30 years of experience in management and disposition of DOE waste inventories. He worked at the Idaho National Laboratory for 20 years, where he was involved in R&D of technologies related to environmental, energy, and security challenges. Presently, as an independent consultant, he provides technical support across many areas of DOE EM and NNSA programs, including review and assessment of capital projects. Dr. Roach received his BSME from the University of Texas at Arlington, and his Masters and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Idaho. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Idaho and Oregon.
