Manager Waste Treatment Plant Start-Up and Commissioning Integration Benton J. Harp has over 35 years of experience in the nuclear industry. For the last year he has been the Manager for Waste Treatment Plant (WTP) Start-up and Commissioning Integration and the Assistant Manager for Engineering and Nuclear Safety. In his role he was responsible for developing the licensing strategy for addressing the accumulation of hydrogen in piping and ancillary vessels on the WTP project. Prior to these acting positions, Mr. Harp was the Deputy Assistant Manager for Tank Farms at the Hanford Site and a certified Level 3
