Biography

Tom D’Agostino serves as the Group President for Mission Solutions for Fluor Corporation where he leads the company’s sales and delivery of value-added services to government agencies. Mr. D’Agostino has over 35 years of executive, leadership, management, and operational experience in a variety of government-related fields including serving as undersecretary for Nuclear Security at the Department of Energy, and administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). He holds master's degrees in National Security Studies from the Naval War College and in Business Finance from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in Physical Science from the U.S. Naval Academy.
