Biography

Mr. Smith is an executive with 35+ years of field experience leading multibillion-dollar projects. His experience includes: Vice President, Environmental Remediation Management - Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL), President and Project Manager - Mid-America Conversion Services, LLC (MCS) DUF6 Conversion Project; Executive Vice President - Hanford Tank Operations Contract, and other long-term assignments at the DOE Savannah River Site and the DOE Hanford Site. He has represented site activities with DOE-HQ executives, Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board, regulators, and congressional staffers. As Vice President, Environmental Remediation Management - CNL, he leads deactivation & decommissioning work at multiple sites across Canada, including Chalk River, Whiteshell, Port Hope, Douglas Point and Gentilly.
