Waste Treatment Completion Company
Rick Holmes is general manager for the Waste Treatment Completion Company, responsible for management of the completion, startup, and commissioning of the Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant. He is a Bechtel Principal Vice President. He was an officer in the US Army for 10 years. He has thirty years’ experience including leadership roles at the Aberdeen Chemical Demilitarization Project and Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Project. Before coming to WTP, he was project manager for the Pueblo Chemical Agent Disposal Pilot Plant. Rick has a bachelor’s degree from Florida Southern College in chemistry and master’s from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in chemical engineering.
