Biography

Jonas is a candidate Environmental Engineering student at Harvard College. He participated in the Department of Energy Science Undergraduate Laboratory Internship program during the summer of 2020 where he worked at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as part of the Deep Vadose Zone Applied Field Research Initiative. His work helped support ongoing efforts to remediate the Hanford Superfund Site. More broadly, Jonas is interested in environmental contamination and environmental health. He plans to pursue a Ph.D. in environmental health, engineering, or toxicology.
