Biography

James “Jay” Johnson is a 28-year Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) employee and is currently serving in his first year as the Executive Laboratory Officer for Operations. Other assignments at LANL included: 1) Chief Financial Officer, 2) Laboratory Associate Director for Maintenance & Infrastructure Services, 3) Deputy Associate Director for Project Management, 4) Laboratory Budget Officer as well as a number of staff positions in Budgeting and Accounting. Prior to joining the Laboratory, Jay was a CPA/Auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., and an Investment Advisor with Boettcher & Company.
