Biography

After Completing Masters in 2005 from Indian Institute of Technology -IIT Delhi, India in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering, Vijay worked on diversified geotechnical projects including Geosynthetic applications, retaining walls, earth retention and shoring systems and Ground Improvement. However, his present focus and domain of expertise are in the Soil Improvement techniques as he finds it more specialized, dynamic and enjoyable than other concepts of engineering. He has worked in the past with Garware-wall ropes, VanOord, Freyssinet – Reinforced Earth walls Div, VSL Intrafor and is now Technical Manager for Ground Improvement with BAUER
