Victoria is a global strategy, marketing, and business development leader with 18 years of well-rounded experience driving superior business line performance in mining, minerals, engineering services, energy, and analytical sectors. Victoria's experience includes developing and implementing strategic plans, commercial and marketing programs, and processes; driving collaboration across multi-disciplinary functions and teams; and managing day-to-day tasks and responsibilities to meet revenue and profit targets aligned with the overall corporate business strategy, values, and goals. She is experienced working in fast-paced and multi-cultural environments. Safety, social responsibility, sustainability, and value-add driven decision-making along with a strong work ethic are at the core of her professional identity. Victoria is an avid advocate for advancing Inclusion and Diversity in the mining industry. She is a member of the SME ad-hoc I&D Committee and has delivered multiple presentations and publications on the topic. Victoria's experience encompasses working at a Fortune 500 mining company, large private EPC companies, and public universities. She is privileged to have studied and worked in multi-cultural environments in several countries.
