Biography

Maarten brings 12 years of experience as a mining engineer in Canada. Maarten graduated with a Masters of Science in Resource Engineering from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 2008 and completed his MBA at the Edinburgh Business School with Specialism in Strategic Planning in 2019. For the majority of Maarten’s career, he focused on project development, with the most notable project being the study manager for the all-electric Borden Mine Project in Northeastern Ontario. Maarten has since joined MacLean as the VP for Product Management, where he connects with customer globally to see how MacLean can bring value to their projects and operations by growing the company's product portfolio and features.
