Dr. Walter is a vitreoretinal surgeon and ocular oncologist in Hartford, Connecticut, where he leads the only dedicated ocular oncology service in the state. He completed fellowships at Duke University and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and is board‐certified in ophthalmology.
