Biography

Dr. Patricia Quesada is currently the Special Populations Policy and Grants Coordinator for the Texas Education Agency. With over 30 years of experience in education, she has been a Bilingual Director, a Principal, a university adjunct professor and a Bilingual Specialist. Dr. Quesada was honored to be the first recipient of the "Texas Leader Award" at the 2022 Title III Symposium by the Texas Education Agency. As a former bilingual student, Dr. Quesada is passionate about ensuring a quality education for all emergent bilingual students in the state of Texas.
