Biography

With over 17 years of teaching experience, Dr. Adela Flores has worked extensively to support various multilingual programs and EB learners. Her doctoral research with the University of Houston sheds light on EB students’ academic achievement, identifying learning gaps, and offering research-based strategies to enhance learning outcomes for all special populations. As a Literacy Coach, Dr. Flores provides one-on-one coaching, supports delivery of instruction, and provides professional development for teachers and leadership teams.
