Biography

I am Luis Gabriel Rosario-Alvarez, holding a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, a Master's in Business Administration, and currently Doctoral Investigation student in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. For the past few years, I have served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for PRABE, a Puerto Rican affiliate of NABE. Professionally, I work as a Lead Services Project Manager for the global software company UKG. My passion for education was instilled in me from birth by my mother, who is an educator in Puerto Rico. As a student, I have been a Teaching Assistant at Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, my alma mater. During my time at PUCPR, I also worked in the External Resources Division as an intern, where I was involved in seeking and fulfilling federal and state grant proposals for the institution. In my role as Lead Services Project Manager, I manage enterprise-level accounts for UKG, impacting over 60,000 employees and collaborating closely with UKG’s senior executives and my clients. This position has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of large-scale project management, fostering my ability to lead and innovate in high-pressure environments. Through my diverse educational background and extensive professional experience, I have honed my skills in strategic planning, team leadership, and client relations, driving successful outcomes for complex projects and contributing significantly to organizational growth and development.
