Biography

Rod is a professional engineer with over 30 years of operations management experience globally. He is the founder of TesMan Inc. which is primarily a consulting firm but is presently working on the commercialization of a remote loading arm that allows operators to clean and load anfo and emulsion from a safe distance of a minimum of 5 metres. Through the development of this technology Rod identified a new mining cycle that has the ability to reduce your mining cycle by as much as 75% (17 hours to a stretch 6 hours). Rod is a problem solver and he has the ability to solve mines most challenging issues and often ones that other consultancy shy away from.
