Biography

April Ladd is the site lead at the former Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (PAD). Ms. Ladd is a PMP-Certified Project Manager and a certified Federal Project Director with over 15 years of experience working complex projects in the nuclear industry. In her current position, Ms. Ladd oversees the deactivation and remediation program and serves as the Federal Facilities Manager at the Paducah site. She was formerly the Federal Project Director for Stabilization and Deactivation activities at PAD. In addition, her diverse background includes Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) cleanup projects, contractor procurement/oversight, environmental program integration, facility oversight, Gaseous Diffusion Plant operations, and stabilization and deactivation.
