Biography

Tracy Niro leads the Energy Procurement and Utility Partnerships Program supportinf federal agencies’ achievement of energy, carbon pollution-free electricity, and water-related goals. She also supports electric and natural gas utility acquisitions for Department of Energy Sites nationwide and serves as a subject matter expert on federal electricity procurement. Tracy began her career as a staff accountant for an investor-owned utility and has 20 years of experience in the energy industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law.
