Biography

Myrna Espinosa Redfield has nearly 34 years of experience in the leadership of complex projects in the nuclear industry. Since 2019 she has served as the President/CEO & Program Manager for Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership’s (FRNP) 10-year, $1.8 billion Deactivation and Remediation Project at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Kentucky. In this position, she is responsible for the contract performance and safety of 1000 personnel. Redfield is a recognized leader in establishing strong customer relationships while implementing programs and strategies to address difficult technical challenges. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico.
