Biography

Mick Gornall joined Cavendish Nuclear in June 2020. Cavendish Nuclear has approx. 2000 employees and provides a full range of engineering services to the nuclear decommissioning, power generation and defence markets both in the UK and internationally. Mick has over 40 years’ experience in the nuclear industry having worked internationally across all aspects of the sector. Prior to joining Cavendish he worked for the Westinghouse Electric Company as Vice President for EMEA nuclear fuel. Currently Mick is Managing Director of Cavendish Nuclear Ltd, a Director of Cavendish Nuclear USA Incorporated, Chairman of the UK Nuclear Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre Programme Board and a member of the UK Nuclear Industry Council.
