Biography

Dr. Prasad Rangaraju is a Professor of Civil Engineering in the School of Civil and Environmental Engineering and Earth Sciences at Clemson University. He received his PhD degree from Purdue University and is a registered Professinal Engineer in Minnesota. Dr. Rangaraju is a fellow of ACI, and his research and teaching interests are primarily in the areas of Material Science and Engineering of Cementitious Materials, Aggregates and Concrete Mixtures. He also works in the area of development and evaluation of low-carbon sustainable construction materials and is the Director of the Sustainble Construction Materials Research and Technology (SMaRT) Labs at Clemson University.
