Biography

Studying for a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Miguel Valdes is a student at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Miguel attended St. Mary's University for his bachelor’s in Environmental Science. Presently studying the application of grouted soil for locking contaminants, Miguel focuses on studying environmental remediation under the supervision of his PI, Dr. Drew Johnson.
